Girl Show Tonight

Wait? What Is This Girl Show You Speak Of?


Well, The Girl Show is an annual show by ArtLoveMagic which is dedicated to all the talented local women. Creative sisterhoods of art, fashion, music, poetry, dance, photography and sculpture are featured in this one night celebration. For 2011 girlShow will be on Saturday, JULY 23rd, from 8pm to 12am.

LIFE in Deep Ellum at 2803 Taylor Street, Dallas, TX 75226 will be hosting again this year, with one of the premier stages in the Deep Ellum area, an inviting lounge area, and lots of room so we can come out and bask in the light of these creative sisters of Dallas.

2011 sees the tenth ConDFW science fiction and fantasy convention, dedicated to promoting the advancement of education with emphasis on sci-fi/fantasy/horror literature, publishing and writing, and science, to Dallas-Fort Worth, TX! Come join us at the Crowne Plaza Suites Hotel in Dallas from February 18-20 for a weekend of discussion, books, shopping, fun, and more!

ConDFW is brought to you by the Texas Speculative Fiction Association, a 501 (c)(3) organization. The convention features writing/publishing based programming, science programming, an excellent collection of guests, art show, a charity book swap and auction, a short story contest, and a slew of non-traditional activities such as the Sci-Fi Spelling Bee.
